I had one hell of a time coming up with a recipe for ‘X’! After much searching, swearing and copious amounts of coffee, I finally came up with this one. What do you think of it? This traditional Greek salad is the perfect accompaniment for rustic dishes such as leg of lamb. I’m told it translates to “Greek Village Salad”.

This A to Z Blogging Challenge has been an amazing adventure so far. I’ve been informed, astonished, amused, and entertained. In two days time, it will be finished. I’m already beginning to feel a sense of melancholy and loss. On the positive side, I’ve discovered so many interesting blogs to follow and I’ve gained a few followers for my own blog. I’m so grateful to have discovered this challenge because I have met the cream of the crop and there’s no doubt that my own writing and blogging will be improved by their examples. I hope you’ve enjoyed the journey so far with me and have visited some of the other bloggers. I hope you’ve found something to enrich your lives, as I have. Now, what in the world do you reckon I’ve come up with for Y and Z?
